Pricing Example
The base price is the type of commission you have chosen. Add-ons are calculated using the base price.
The total price is the base price plus the add-ons, and the additional fees are calculated off of this total price.
The final commission price will be the total price plus all of the additional fees.Below is an example of what the pricing calculation would look like if you were to get a Flat Color, Half-Body commission with an Additional Character, the Priority Request, and the mid-tier Commercial Use Fee.

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

Any harassment is an attempt to bargain for a commission is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I have the right to place anyone on a blacklist over harassment.
Easily found credit is required for any platform commissions are used on, i.e., Insta or Twitter bios, etc.
Illustration commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. You will not resell or otherwise profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.
Commissioners may use the commissions purchased for personal use, including, but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
Commissioners reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical copy of the commission purchased as long as it is for your own Personal Use Only. (I.e. Not for sale)
Commissioners may not use the finished commission for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (I.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless discussed.
With proper, Visible credit given, finished commissions may be posted on other websites by the commissioner. Files may only be uploaded publicly in a smaller file format unless previously discussed.
You may not upload finished commissions on any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
You may Not claim any of my work as your own.
You are Not authorized to change, modify, edit, or use my works without permission. You are also Not authorized to trace over my works in any way, including using artworks as a "base."
In the case of adoptables, you retain the rights to the character design.
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services as an artist only.
Finished commissions will be posted on social media by myself unless otherwise specified.
Finished commissions may be used as examples in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.
I retain the rights to every commission I produce.
I have the right to decline any commission without question.
I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

If you, the commissioner, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties will be discussed upfront.
Commissions intended for Commercial Use will have a usage fee added to the final payment.
The minimum usage fee is 25% of the total price. However, I reserve the right to increase this price and charge more if I deem fit.
Commercial Use of an artwork would be considered but not limited to: Reproducing and selling the artwork; publicly or privately; cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork (E.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, merch, etc.)
Twitch, Youtube, Promotions, etc. + 25% fee
Patreon Content, Business Cards, Personal Sites, etc. + 50% fee
Reproducing, Selling, Merch, etc. + 100% fee
I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full-resolution image (by email, Google Drive links, Google Docs, Discord, etc.), but my signature will remain on both the full-resolution and smaller versions of the artwork.
You, as the commissioner, are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made and purchased from me by creating a copy image with your name added as well, (I.e. through a watermark of your own) when uploading to other sites.
I retain all copyright over my own work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sale or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (E.g. post it to other sites such as Instagram or Twitter) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character's design.
In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial use unless agreed upon.
In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Commissioner.
If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
NDA fees start at 5% of the total price but may differ depending on the project size.
I have a commission request form to fill out. You are expected to fill this out in order to commission me.
You will then get a reply from me to confirm your commission slot and to discuss the details of the commission (if needed.)
Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations to make the note clear to read.
I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission, please make note of the required elements and details in the form.
If your character/background is highly detailed, I have the right to charge an extra fee to include such details. I will state this fee before the first transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (E.g. change the character/background, agree to simplified design changes) before the first transaction is complete.
Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details.
I will, after everything is processed and confirmed, send you an invoice. You will need to confirm the payment with me before I start on your commission.
Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for making any currency conversions.
Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only. The only exception is commission listings that are up on my Kofi.
I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transactions.
I will cover Paypal fees as it is expected from the artist per Paypal ToS. What you see will be what you have to pay.
Kofi commissions will be paid in full upfront before I start working on the commission.
Regarding payments less than $30 USD, payment is expected in full before I start on the commission. No further action will be taken until payment has been received.
Regarding payments $30 USD or more, 50% of the payment is expected before the first sketch is reviewed by the commissioner. The remaining 50% of the payment is expected before the final image is given to the commissioner.
Only after the first payments are received will I start the sketching process. This sketch will always be sent to the commissioner for review.
I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do Not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission And have asked for payment.
I will not accept payment from shared Paypal accounts unless you are not of legal age and use a parent/guardian's Paypal account.
If payments are not made within a timely manner (24h) after I have placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.
Repeated counts of making a commission request and failing to pay will result in being blacklisted.
My sales are typically "Digital Artwork," and it is the Artwork's "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Commissioner.
Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped by myself or the commissioner unless the commissioner has explicitly bought a physical product from me (E.g. Oil paintings, flower crowns, etc.), which are items that I do not yet sell.
I am not required to ship any artworks unless explicitly discussed beforehand.
If the commissioner has paid and has requested a refund only before I start working on their commission.
If I decline to continue working on a commission for any reason, regardless of completion status, a full refund will be given. Additionally, I will reimburse the lost fees.
The commissioner has paid one or more of their payments and has requested a refund after the first sketch review, but before the final image is handed over to the commissioner, the amount of the refund depends on the completion level of the commission.
All refunds will be discussed prior to the refund being issued to the client.
CHARGEBACK
You are Not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If for any reason your Paypal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge; you must contact me as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue.
You Must contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address and anyone sharing your Paypal account, including side accounts.
WAITLIST & COMMISSION PROCESS
Commissions are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
It takes at most 3-5 days for me to respond to your initial inquiry.
You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline will be discussed prior to any payment.
I retain the right to decline a commission due to there being too short of a time allowance.
I reserve the right to take up to 2 weeks to begin work on your commission and an additional 4 weeks to work on said commission.
If I am not explicitly told about a deadline, you may not send reminders until the 4-week buffer period has passed.
Typical delivery time will range from a week to a month and a half depending on the priority of the commission as well as other factors.
If I cannot work on your commission within the 2 weeks buffer period to begin or if the commission is stalled past that point due to factors outside of my control, it next queued commission will take priority.
If the reminder is related to work that I have prioritized above your commission, such as other commissions or priority payments, your reminder will be ignored.
If due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
A commission may jump ahead of yours in the queue due to priority payment.
No harassment will be tolerated due to my work speed, regardless of the time that has passed.
You reserve the right to be notified of any delays that may occur.
PRIORITY FEES
Priority fees will be at least 25% of the total commission added to the final price. This may vary depending on the commission and the time frame provided.
Dates provided are subject to change, details will be discussed should the client have set dates.
REVISION & FEEDBACK PROCESS
A sketch image will be sent to the commissioner after the first payment has been made.
These images will come in the form of a .jpg or a .png file attached to an email or a dm. This image will be watermarked.
The responsibility of ensuring that all of the necessary details are contained within the order is on you as the commissioner. If necessary details are missing, ensure that you message me to get the issue fixed.
I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished commission if no feedback is given to amend it.
The first sketch is the only guaranteed sketch in this process, but if I have any questions or if you specifically request to see where I am in the process of your commission, I will send over any additional WIPs (work in progress.)
When I send over a sketch or a WIP, I ask that the commissioner provides feedback to me.
Only two major revisions will be made during the sketch phase of the commission. Only minor revisions will be made once I have completed the sketch phase.
Major changes will take place during the sketch phase, but color corrections can be made during the initial coloring phase.
Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and this will depend on the nature of the change.
I will not be held responsible for any changes in ownership of the said character.
I will send over a low-resolution image of the final commission for final approval. Changes that are requested at this point must be minor, such as color adjustments or small adjustments for missing or inaccurate elements if the fault is of my own. (E.g. I overlooked details and elements provided in the order.)
In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final commission will be subject to fee.
I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is made for a second commission.
FINAL PRODUCT
After the final feedback process, if you have not paid the last half of your payment yet, you must do so before I send over the final commission.
All finished commissions will be sent in their full resolution via email, Discord, Google Drive link, etc. unless otherwise specified only after the full payment has been received.
The final image sent over will be watermarked or signed.
There may be slight differences between the samples you see in my gallery and the pricing description, and the illustration that you will receive.
The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered. If you want to request a style that is not shown within my gallery or pricing description, this must be discussed during your initial inquiry.
I have the right to reject critiques about artistic style and stylization and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
Credit must be given to me, the Artist, when you post or use the commission on another platform. This is Required.
You, as the commissioner, are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
Any file you have paid for will be available from me for a finite period of time. Though I try to ensure that I preserve most files for a significant period of time, I cannot guarantee against the loss of files due to computer failure, accidental deletion, or loss of original and backed-up files.
I am not required to post your commission in any public space, and if it is posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
Feedback of the final commission is permitted after completion through direct messages, emails, or comments as long as it is conducted privately.
Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
